Japanese Language Courses

The Japanese Language Program at the Center for Language and Cultural Studies (CLCS), Green University of Bangladesh, is designed to help learners develop practical communication skills while gaining a deeper understanding of Japanese language and culture. The program follows a structured curriculum that guides students from the beginner level toward proficiency aligned with the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), particularly the N5 and N4 levels.

Students develop competence in the four essential language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—while learning Hiragana, Katakana, introductory Kanji, core grammar, vocabulary, and everyday communication. The course also incorporates interactive learning activities, including presentations, role-plays, cultural discussions, and conversational practice, to build confidence and fluency in real-life situations.

Learners are assessed through regular quizzes, class assignments, oral and written examinations, and practice tests designed to prepare them for the JLPT. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a certificate from CLCS based on their academic performance and attendance and are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue the JLPT N5 or N4 examination.
