Orientation Program for Pre-University English Language Course

We are delighted to share that the orientation program for the Pre-University English Language Course, organized by the Center for Language and Cultural Studies (CLCS), was successfully conducted on 19-11-2024. This course is designed for students who have completed their H.S.C in 2025. As many first-year university students face challenges in mastering basic English despite their prior education, this introductory course aims to provide essential guidance to help them strengthen their foundational language skills. The orientation was a heartfelt, educational, and engaging experience for all registered participants.

The Honorable Director of CLCS and Associate Professor in the Department of English, Dr. Serajum Munira, delivered an inspiring welcome speech, sharing her experiences and expectations while motivating students to achieve their goals in English language learning. Following this, the enrolled students gave short speeches expressing their expectations from the course. They were warmly welcomed by the distinguished faculty members, who also introduced themselves briefly.
