EAP Courses:
Offering and running academic English language courses is the primary and major task of Center for Language and Cultural Studies. It offers foundational English language courses to the students of Green University, generally during their first year or first three semesters. An umbrella term for each one of these courses is “English for Academic Purposes” (EAP). Total three EAP courses are conducted by the Center throughout the trimester, namely, EAP-009, EAP-101, and EAP-102. These courses are designed to prepare students to use English for their academic studies, and consequently for their professional needs in real life and work. These courses target the development of four key language competences i.e. speaking, listening, reading, and writing. All the courses vary in their target groups and difficulty levels.
EAP Lab course:
The Center also offers Lab courses designed specifically for EEE department, which is termed as EAP-204.
